This Motel is SMOKE FREE: (Smoking in units will incur a $250.00 surcharge)
Check Out time is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made. The Motel will not be responsible for any valuables left by guests. The Motel will not be responsible for any damage or theft from vehicles.
I hereby acknowledge and accept personal liability and personally guarantee payment for all charges relating to my/our accommodation, meals, beverages and services received, including any damage I or my guests may cause to the units and/or any specialist cleaning required and consent to any such charges being debited to my credit card in the absence of alternative payment arrangements being made.
PLEASE NOTE: That any odoriferous cooking / unpleasant smells resulting in the ability to re-let the unit will result in a further night’s tariff.
STRICTLY NO DYING OF HAIR IN UNITS. CHARGES WILL APPLY. ITEMS MISSING FROM THE APARTMENTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED AT REPLACEMENT RATES.
The removing of items from the units is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or In case of no-show, 100 percent of the full reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable 15% deposit will be charged for group reservations.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 year stays free of charge in existing bedding.
Any additional Guests staying in the same apartment are charged NZD 30 per person per night.The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
Internet: Hi Speed Fiber Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking: Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets: Pets are not allowed in our apartments at any time.
