The facilities at Boroka Downs are NOT SUITABLE for children
NO additional guests permitted
NO pets
We have a strict NO Visitor policy in order to preserve the peaceful ambiance of the property for all our guests, we ask all guests to refrain from inviting visitors to their residence during their stay.

$250 Deposit to secure your Booking
Balance payable one day prior to arrival.

NOTE: Please ensure credit is available on your card to cover these payments or you reservation may be Cancelled

Politique d'annulation

Our cancellation policy takes effect three days from Booking confirmation date.
• Booking Deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before check-in date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• Should you cancel, or postpone, within 14 days, we will need to re-book your reservation in order to refund your booking fee.
• No-shows, early check-outs and late check-ins will incur the full costs of your reservation.
NOTE: Inability to process a payment via your nominated card will result in Cancellation of your reservation
ANY cancellation caused by a COVID SITUATION will result is a FULL refund of any monies paid
