All rooms are non-smoking .
In the interests of all guests, only the registered occupants of each room are permitted to remain in that room after midnight.
DAMAGE to rooms - caused by Guests whereby the room is unusable will incur a charge for the following night at that nightly rate.
In addition, the Guest will be liable for any cost associated with having to replace equipment that is deemed beyond repair.
Parking - We cannot accommodate trucks, caravans or trailers in Motel grounds. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles. We take no responsibility for damage to vehicles parked on Motel property.

Lodging false/invalid credit card information is a criminal offense and will immediately cause your reservation to be cancelled.

No penalty will be incurred for cancellations where 48hrs notice prior to check-in time is provided. Failure to cancel will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night rate. This penalty will be charged to the credit card you have lodged as security to hold your reservation
Room Rates applicable for each room are displayed on the days/dates of occupancy. Children under the age of 12 are included in the room rate, 12 and over are treated as an additional adult and attract the applicable charge. Cot/s are available on request by calling in advance to check availability 02 4883 6068 cost $38.
For bookings made more than 9 months in advance, the rates displayed are provisional.

GROUP/MULTIPLE ROOM RESERVATIONS POLICY (other than Conferences)
Any person who reserves 3 rooms or more, over 60 days in advance without the *personal details of actual room occupants is subject to Motel Policy as follows.
As Privacy Laws prohibit Motel staff from divulging/discussing reservations information to third parties, the person holding the multiple room reservations must collect/ coordinate the *personal details of proposed room occupants.
At 60 days, the person holding multiple room reservations must agree to email *personal details of all room occupants to: info@bundanoonmotel.com.au
Failure to comply with this Motel Policy will result in such reservations being cancelled
* Personal details:
1. Name of (1) person who will be recorded as the person who will Register on the first day of occupancy
2. Number of occupants 12 and over (adults)
3. Number of occupants under 12 (children)
4. Email address
5. Contact (mobile) telephone number
6. Credit Card details: Name, Number, Expiry date (payment is not taken until check-in)
7. Expected time of arrival
Any room(s) that remain unallocated at 60 days will be deemed vacant .
