The 1 bedroom apartment offers a Super King or Twin configuration for up to 2 Adults
The 2 bedroom apartment offers a Super King or Twin + King configuration for up to 4 Adults
Apartments are serviced daily
Each bedroom offers a large private en-suite
Dogs are welcome to stay on request free of charge (1 dog per apartment)
Due to the style of property and configuration of rooms, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 14 YEARS.
COVID 19 RESPONSE:
The NZ government has introduced a Covid 19 protection framework from 03 December 2021. During RED and ORANGE settings, we will have the following practices in place:
Marina Cove is an accredited Qualmark 'COVID SAFE' accommodation provider. We are committed providing a safe environment for our guests and staff by maintaining a high standard hygiene practices.
ALL guests are required to be fully Covid 19 vaccinated prior to your stay with us. We will be asking all guests to scan their vaccination pass on arrival.
We ask that all guests wear a mask when checking in through the office and scan in using the NZ Covid tracer app. If you prefer a contact free check in, let us know and we can provide directions to your apartment prior to your arrival.

Rates are NZD and inclusive of 15% GST (goods & service tax)
No deposit is required to confirm booking but a pre-authorised credit card will be required at time of booking to guarantee accommodation
Full payment will be required at time of arrival via credit card or eftpos

Politique d'annulation

Cancellation received 21 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night accommodation rate
Cancellation received within 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount
No show will be charged 100% of the total booking amount

COVID19 policy: if your travel plans have been directly affected by official government travel restrictions, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Your booking can be cancelled or postponed with no additional fees up to 24 hours prior to arrival date.
