Please note that we are a 100% smoke free ( smoking is only allowed on the roadside)
Maximum occupancy in the cottage is for 4 adults. If extra adults and/or children are accommodated without our knowledge, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge your credit card with $ 200.00 per person per night penalty for breaching the Occupancy/ Health and Safety and Fire Safety regulations.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in between 3pm and 7pm. Check in by prior arrangement only. Please contact us by phone, email or text to arrange a check in time.

Check in will be at 27 Hutiwai Road, Horopito. We will escort you to the Nightsky Cottage.
Check out is 10 am or later by prior arrangement only.
Your cottage is self catering but feel free to use the general pantry supplies available in the cottage. Your cottage will not be serviced during your stay unless requested. Kindly leave the cottage clean and tidy upon check out.
Damage and breakages. Any major damage to the property must be reported immediately. We reserve the right to charge your credit card with a minimum of NZD250 plus the cost of the actual replacement or repair.
Your private details are safe with us.
Please note that we collect your name, email address and phone number only for reservation purposes. These details are not shared or sold to a third party. We don't use these details either for any direct marketing or promotion.
Your credit card details are encrypted and details are removed 5 days after you have completed your stay.
Credit card payments incur a 2.5% credit service fee.

All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST.
Our preferred payment option is direct credit into our bank account. ( your credit card details are collected at time of booking but will only be charged if we don't received payment by direct credit as per per details below)

If payment has not been received into our account at least 3 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to charge your credit card and a 2.5% surcharge will be applicable.
Norme di cancellazione
If you cancel 3 days prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 100% of your accommodation stay.
If no cancellation has been received and you do not arrive , you will be charged 100% cancellation fee for all nights prebooked.
