We wish to make your stay an enjoyable one for you and the other guests.
- We are a no - smoking site - that is no smoking on the grounds or in any part of the building.
- We do not have facilities for pets - so please do not bring them along.
- Our pool is open 7.30am - 9.30pm (November to March) and 7.30am - 9.00pm (March to October)
- Our pool is for the use of Ocean Grove Chalet paying guests only.

- We need to sight your vaccination certificate prior to arrival. This will be requested via sms.
- Please sign in using the QR code in your room for Vic Gov Covid tracing requirements.

Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with us.
We will complete payment the day before arrival.
We do accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Cancellation Policy
We will refund the full charge as long as you give us a minimum 24 Hours Notice .
Less than 24 Hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
For any no show booking there will be no refund.
