Check in is from 2pm. Standard check out is 10am.
Parking is NOT guaranteed and is VERY limited. Alternative parking can be found a short walk away in Noosa Woods. You agree to return the key for the unit at the time of your departure, or with a member of the café staff. Reception hours are flexible . If you are planning on arriving after 9pm please advise us by phone or email on lou@10hastingsstreet.com.au to ensure we leave your keys in our after-hours safety box. Recreational equipment such as surfboards, SUP's bicycles, kayaks etc are not permitted in the rooms.
Payment Policy
Visa or Mastercard is required for presentation on arrival as a security measure .
Payment for accommodation is due prior to or upon arrival. Deal or voucher bookings are pre-paid, although there may be an additional fee required upon arrival for weekend stays.
Cancellation Policy
You must notify us 30 days or more, prior to your scheduled stay in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled stay are non-refundable.
