160 Steps is a new executive 2 bedroom abode only a few meters from amazing Yallingup beach, home to a pod of dolphins and blessed with beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters, with a multitude of world class surf breaks for the adventurous & the calm waters of Yallingup lagoon for a more leisurely experience.

The kitchen features Bosch appliances with a combi oven (Oven/convection microwave) & dishwasher plus full size fridge/freezer ready to be filled with your fresh local produce, and holiday appropriate beverages. There is also a laundry nook in the bathroom with Bosch washer and condenser dryer.

The second bedroom has an alternative bedding arrangement of a king or two long singles making it perfect for either two couples or a family with 2 children.
Beach and Bath towels are provided, along with a Weber BBQ, Beach Umbrella, 2 Hammocks, lay back outdoor/beach chairs, high chair & porta cot.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning, high speed WIFI (generally + 10MBPS) and mobile coverage is good.
