Terms & Conditions

(a) keep the entire Property clean and tidy;

(b) be responsible for keeping Your own personal items and/or belongings secure;

(c) NOT smoke in any form (cigarette, cigar, electronic cigarette, dissolvable tobacco, shisha, pipe and/or weed) within the Property;

(d) NOT bring onto the Property any pets;

(e) place the rubbish or any disposals at the bins provided;

(f) NOT bring onto the Property any inflammable, illegal, and/or dangerous items;

(g) NOT move and/or damage any furniture, pictures, wall hangings or fixings of the Property;

(h) create or cause to be created any nuisance to others;

(i) NOT conduct or host any party in the Property, save and except for prior written arrangements with the Operator;

(j) keep the volume of noise at a reasonable level, and shall keep the volume at a low level after 10pm;

(k) NOT do or caused to do anything that will invalidate the Property’s insurance, or increases the premium of the insurance;

(l) switch off the powers when not in use;

(m) report any loss of keys immediately to the Operator;

(n) take all the personal items and/or belongings with You when You leave the Property; and

(o) keep the Property secure, and shall lock the doors to the entrance of the Property whenever You enter or leave the Property.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
You'll accept prepayment by: Bank transfer. You'll refund within: 7 days.
