Terms & Conditions
We want everyone to be able to enjoy Aalborg Bright. Just to be on the safe side, we’ve outlined some general terms & conditions. Any breach of our booking conditions may result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
Check In Procedure
You will find the keys in an envelope between the screen door and the front door. On departure, please place the keys on the kitchen table. We don’t have a reception on site.
Check in Time is from 2:00pm
Check out Time is by 10:00am
Terms and Conditions
Aalborg is an adults only property which accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. It is not suitable for infants and children over the age of 3 months.. Infants (up to 3 months of age) are only welcome when a request is made prior to arrival. We will always look to be reasonable but we reserve the right to charge your credit card after your stay up to $1,000 under the following circumstances:: Damage to any property exceeding $50; Extra cleaning at $50 per hour if furniture has been moved and not replaced, dishes not clean, dry and replaced, or Aalborg is generally not in the state you found it in.
Smoking
Aalborg Bright is smoke free. However, guests can smoke outside. An ashtray is provided under cover. Additional cleaning fees apply if evidence of smoking inside is found.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Payment Policy
Online Bookings: Full payment required at time of booking. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Direct phone bookings: A 50% deposit must be paid to secure a booking. Payments can be made via internet banking, credit card or cheque. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please note that specials or last minute bookings require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
COVID: Free cancellations only due to lockdown or travel restrictions which prevent you from staying.
More than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival date 100% cancellation fee
Re-booking fee $50 for each change to a reservation.
Cancellation fees also apply to reservations made using gift vouchers.
We always aim to re-book cancelled reservations. If successful, we may reduce any cancellation fees at our discretion.
