Payment Policy
50% Deposit Payment must be received 3 days after issued Invoice. DEPOSIT Payment is UN-REFUNDABLE
Balance Payment must be received 30 days prior arrival. BALANCE Payment is UN-REFUNDABLE
Cancellation must be in written at least 30 days prior arrival for LOW Season; 45 days prior arrival for HIGH Season and 60 days prior arrival for PEAK Season
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater).
Reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate for the loss of other potential bookings. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Final payments are non-refundable.
