Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING
Upon booking you are deemed to have agreed to the below terms and conditions.
> Your reservation is valid for the number of people you specified during the time of booking.
> At time of booking, you will be charged a 10% non-refundable deposit within 72 hours.
> All payments when using a credit card, incur a 2% surcharge.
> A Beach House at Byron is non smoking throughout all indoor areas.
> Burning of candles or incense is not permitted anywhere on the property.
> We are unable to accommodate pets as we are situated next to a nature reserve.
> Weddings, gatherings and parties are not permitted on the property.
> During festival periods and special events such as Schoolies, Blues & Roots festival, Splendour in the Grass - we have some special conditions, please email us before you book if you are under 25.
> We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet our conditions as per our published cancellation terms.
> Check-in time - 2pm
> Check-out time - 10.30am

Payment Policy
10% of the balance is charged using the credit card provided at time of booking. Payments are taken within 72 hours of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. (Please refer to our cancellation policy)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Credit cards incur a fee of 2% per transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in written form 14 (fourteen) or more days prior to your arrival in order to be refunded however, we charge a 10% fee on all refunded cancellations.
Cancellations received in the 7 day period prior to check-in will only be refunded for the days we re-book the room.
Guests can opt to keep the payment of a cancelled reservation as credit toward a future booking, in which case no cancellation fee will be charged.
There is no refund for early departure before the booked date for whatever reason.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of eligible cancellations (eligible conditions stated above)
Guests canceling bookings made through 3rd parties must cancel through those channels, not directly with us.
*We reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund if any unforeseen circumstances arise.
