Terms & Conditions

Guests must register at the front desk. Proof of ID is essential. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the guest cannot provide a valid photo ID. Read and signed, agree to abide terms and conditions policy.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in time is at 2pm until 6PM (EST) and check-out time is at 10AM (EST). Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in (an additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out).

RESERVATION POLICY
Your room is guaranteed with a valid credit card. To avoid a one-night penalty charge, please cancel by 12 p.m. (EST) 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Also, please note that room taxes are charged on penalties. At times other restrictions may apply.

NO SHOWS
Guests who do not show up will incur 100% no show fee equivalent to total value of the reservation.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit card, Cash.

PAYMENT POLICY
Full Payment will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival on the credit card provided at time of booking for the total reservation value. Absolute Lakes Entrance Motel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment cannot be processed on the credit card provided 48 hours prior to arrival.
All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. Absolute Lakes Entrance Motel takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the credit card at time of payment.
Please note that any incidentals incurred during the guest stay will require payment on departure.

SMOKING & SMOKE ALARMS
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Guests caught smoking in the rooms and caught tampering smoke alarms will be ejected and a $250 fine will be incur and also no refunds will be given,

STRICTLY NO PETS
If guests caught with pets in the rooms OR motel areas will be told to leave immediately and a $250 fine will be applied and no refunds will be given.

PARKING
Free on site parking is offered where available. Absolute Motel accepts no responsibility for vehicle parked on site. Guests does not need to book a parking spot.

WiFi
Free WiFi is available but not all rooms. WiFi is available in public areas.

NOISE/STRICTLY NO PARTYING
Guests are reminded that they staying in Absolute Motel and to be respectful of other guests. The Management reserves the right to vacate any guest that does not adhere to lower noise levels.

COMPLIMENTARY GUESTS ITEMS
The hotel provides a range of items on a complimentary basis in every room. This will include coffee, tea bags, sugar and a range of bathroom items (soap, shampoo & bath gel). Additional supplies can be requested and the hotel reserves the right to charge for these additional supplies. 

BBQ & OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL
Due to COVID-19 BBQ & Outdoor Swimming Pool is temporarily closed.

NO COOKING FACILITIES AND CLEANING SEAFOOD IN THE ROOM.
All our rooms are not allow to cook or cleaning seafood. Fees of $250 will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don't show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
