Lets Phuket Twin Sands Resort & Spa is a resort located on the fringes of Patong, the tourism hub of the Island of Phuket, famed for its diverse range of attractions catering to International travelers ranging from cultural heritage to tropical beaches.
The resort is designed in a modern contemporary style with a range of facilities catering to our guests needs, including such essentials as 24 hour reception, Security, CCTV, secured Wi-Fi access in all areas both public, and in room.
Guest can relax in our multiple swimming pools,, take a bite in one of our two restaurant serving a fusion of Thai Dishes or Mediterranean classics, also with a rotisserie and classic wood fired Pizza oven. sip a refreshing drink in the bars, work out in the gymnasium, steam and sauna or relax and unwind with a personalized treatment in the wellness spa. there is also a small children playground and games area for older children and adults.
Each guest room has a large open plan layout with more generous space than usually found in traditional hotels. Guests can self cater in the equipped kitchens
Room comforts include cable TV with International channels, Blu Ray players, air conditioners, international brand appliances along with touches such as International adaptor plug sockets for ease of use of our range of International clients.
Guest rooms enjoy panoramic ocean views from elected suites or across our beautiful free form pools and surrounding tropical landscape , we are located in an area within walking distance of two beautiful beaches and a short ride to two more. Many of the famous west coast beaches are a just a short distance away.
A complimentary shuttle bus operates at convenient times into Patong and beyond, guests can easily rent motorcycles or cars or get a cab to explore further afield
A 24 hour convenience store is located directly in front of the resort.

Payment Policy

All major credit cards and cash accepted
Payment to be made in full at time of check in unless specified otherwise in booking conditions.
A security deposit is required by the Hotel to cover incidentals and damages, this will be cancelled and or returned at time of check out provided that all incidentals and damages have been settled on the guest account. The deposit can be secured against a valid credit card during check in or a cash sum equal to 3,000 THB (in any currency) can be left with the reception during the stay.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate - The booking can be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 24 hours (Local Hotel Time) before check in date. if cancelled or modified less than 24 hours , or in case of no show then the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Non Refundable Rates - A Non refundable rate cannot be modified or cancelled at any time after the confirmed booking- The charge for the entire stay will be made between the reservation date and the arrival date.
