CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 11am. Guests who arrive earlier can store their luggage until the designated room is ready. Check-out time is no later than 10am. In case of later departure, luggage can be stored in our office until 10pm.
MINIMUM LENGHT OF STAY
A minimum length of stay may apply during high demand or peak season, as determined by Accommodation on Sheridan.
PETS
No pets are permitted
PARTY POLICY
After 10pm noise is not tolerated. Accommodation on Sheridan has a no party policy. Failure will result in penalty charges and/or eviction at the discretion of Management.
SMOKING
Smoking inside any rooms is strictly prohibited. Facilities are in place for smokers to smoke outside.
Please ensure doors and windows are closed if smoking near rooms .
CHILD POLICY
Infants under 2 years with own Fold Out Cot - no charge
Children 2 years and over are charged at the extra person rate - $10.
Payment Policy
Accommodation on Sheridan accepts cash and EFTPOS payments on arrival. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation (pre-authorization may be required). Full payment will be made directly at Accommodation on Sheridan at check-in time.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy requires reservation cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2pm AEST, 24 hours prior to arrival for all bookings made through this site. Any cancellations thereafter will incur a charge of the first nights' accommodation cost.
Failure to arrive on the date specified will result in the cancellation of your booking and may incur a charge equal to the first nights' accommodation cost.
Longer cancellation periods apply for peak periods and these policies will be communicated to each individual guest at the time the reservation is made and/or confirmed.
