They have been designed, built and decorated by some of Denmark's finest artists and craftsmen, using local timber, stained glass windows, and handmade tiles and mosaics. Terms & Conditions
** please be aware that there is $60 cleaning surcharge for any EXCESSIVE cleaning.
*** We will add $250 Bond for any family booking with young children ( age 1-7) and weddings.
**** If there will be no damage or excessive cleaning found ,the bond will be refunded the day after departure.
*****Min. of $500 (Insurance deductible) will be charged to your credit card in case of DAMAGE found to property/content after departure
Payment Policy
One night deposit is requested to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance will be charged automatically 14 days prior to arrival.
There will be 2% service charge on Visa and Master card, and 1.8% on Amex.
Please email us if you wish to use EFT instead of your c/c being charged. We will confirm the booking ASAP.
Cancellation Policy
Normal time cancellation fees:
$75 Admin and banking will be charged to any cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
One night deposit will be charged up to 72 prior to arrival.
Full Amount within the 72 hours prior to arrival.
new POST-COVID NO Cancellation policy;
The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival.
if you cancel with the 7 days prior to arrival we will hold the deposit as full credit for any future stay with no cancellation fees!
