Terms & Conditions

• All above rates for one or Two persons included breakfast
• 11 % Tax and 10% service charge is included
• Free welcome fruit and Free mineral water & bath amenities
• Free Wi-Fi at the hotel
• Available tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, mini-fridge, safety box, and telephone
• Additional breakfast will be IDR 100,000/person extra ( 11% tax and 10% service charge is included)
• Airport Transfer IDR 300,000/ one way ( 11% tax and 10% service charge is included)
• All rooms are equipped with a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds
• Check-in and check out:
Check-in time: 14:00
Check – out time: 12:00
*note early checks are based upon availability.
• No check-in and check out on seclusion day (Nyepi)
• The late check out rate is IDR 500,000 until 18:00 hours. Later than 18.00 hours is considered as one full stay.

• Maximum persons per room are:
- Deluxe Pool View / Poolside with King or Twin: max 2 persons + 1 child up to 3 years old (baby cot is FOC)
- Superior Room /Double bed: max 3 adults with an additional IDR 300,000 for the extra bed exclude breakfast
(11% tax and 10% service charge is included)

Child Policy:
- A baby cot is provided free of charge for a maximum of one child.
An additional person from 4 years old will be charged IDR 300.000 as adult exclude breakfast
- 50% discount is applied for breakfast to children 4 until 12 years old.
Breakfast for children from 0 to 3 years old is free of charge.

Considering the latest situation and measures taken by Governments around the world to reduce and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have adjusted our terms and conditions to include:

For any new bookings from April 15th, 2020 onward we have adjusted our cancellation policy. All bookings from this date can be canceled without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

For any existing bookings after the 1st of May 2020, a credit voucher valid for use till December 31, 2021, will be available for those who wish to postpone their travels due to concerns about COVID-19. Please note that if there is a different rate for the new selected date the difference will have to be paid, but the 2020 rates will be applied throughout 2021.

Payment Policy

• 30% deposit required to confirm the booking.
• Bank transfer charges will be charge to the sender

Cancellation Policy

• Normal season : All cancellations made within 24 hours or a no-show are non-refundable. Cancellation between 2 to 7 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 7 days prior will be free of charge.

• High Season : All cancellations made within 7 days or a no-show are non-refundable. Cancellation between 8 to 14 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 14 days prior will be free of charge.

• Peak Season : A no-show or shortened stay are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival date, will be charged a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 21 days prior will be free of charge.
