Free! One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child is charged IDR 250000 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Damage or Loss of Hotel Property
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or by any member of his/her party, whether in the hired villa(s) or in any part of Alizee villas complex and shall pay for such damage or loss of business caused as a result.
All items and furniture in your villa is the property of Alizee villas. We therefore reserve the right to charge you for the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from your room.
If you, or any member of your party, damage any bedding or linen, we reserve the right to charge you for specialist cleaning.
If the damage is not fixable, we reserve the right to charge for the full replacement cost.
Pets: Pets are not allowed
Payment Policy
Deposit Payment:
Please note that to confirm your booking a deposit payment is required. We will contact our guest directly for payment instructions.
Exchange Policy:
All villas rates quoted in IDR may be paid by EURO wire transfer, USD paypal payment or by EURO, USD, AUD and IDR cash on arrival.
Devices buying rate from an Authorized Money Changer will be used for the conversion rate.
Due to highly fluctuating exchange rates in Indonesia, this could result in expenses being higher or lower than anticipated for our euro quoted services
Credit Cards: Not accepted
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival subject to one night charge.
For cancellation made between 8 to 14 days prior to arrival subject to 50% of total room nights reserved.
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival and no show are subject to 100% of total room night reserved
