Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
We only accept bookings if the full amount is prepaid by credit card. We will ask you to present the credit card used during the booking upon checkin alongside your passport. We reserve the right to refuse guests who booked with invalid or fraudulent credit cards.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days where applicable. Fees incurred (transaction fees, credit card fees) will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
