We reserve the right to upgrade guests to a higher room category without prior notice. In the rare case of overbooking, we reserve the right to offer you a room at one of our partner hotels without prior notice subject to refunding the room rate difference.

Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
We only accept bookings if the full amount is prepaid by credit card. We will ask you to present the credit card used during the booking upon checkin alongside your passport. We reserve the right to refuse guests who booked with invalid or fraudulent credit cards.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days where applicable. Fees incurred (transaction fees, credit card fees) will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
