We reserve the right to upgrade guests to a higher room category without prior notice. In the rare case of overbooking, we reserve the right to offer you a room at one of our partner hotels without prior notice subject to refunding the room rate difference.
All special requests are subject to availability and may not be possible to fulfill upon checkin.
Additional policies
- Infant 0-1 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding. Note, if you need a cot there may be an extra charge.
- Children 2-11 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
- Guests 12 years and older are considered adults.
- Extra beds may not be available for all rooms.
- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
We only accept bookings if the full amount is prepaid by credit card. We will ask you to present the credit card used during the booking upon checkin alongside your passport. We reserve the right to refuse guests who booked with invalid or fraudulent credit cards.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days where applicable. Fees incurred (transaction fees, credit card fees) will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Cancellation Policy
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
