Terms & Conditions
CHECK-IN
1. Check-in Time is strictly at 2PM. Late Check-in may be allowed BUT no later than 9PM and will be charged as if guest Checked-in at 2PM of the same day.
2. Check-out Time is strictly at 12NN. In cases of the absence of the guest by 12NN, management will be forced to clear the room of the guest’s belongings to prepare for the next guest. We will store the guests’ belongings in our office.
3. Unaccompanied minor/s (below 18 y/o) will not be allowed to register in the hotel.
4. Drunk, rowdy, disrespectful, and questionable-looking (drugged, etc) persons may be denied entry/registry to the hotel.
IN-HOUSE RULES
5. Guests are advised to keep their valuable and personal belongings attended to at all times. Management will not be responsible for any loss of guests’ personal belongings.
6. No firearms and/or any deadly weapon/s will be allowed inside the hotel.
7. We love pets but we do not allow them to stay in the Hotel.
8. The roof deck and balcony are for REGISTERED GUESTS’ USE ONLY. Visitors of guests can only be entertained in the Lounge (ground floor) and the garden areas.
9. Guests are strictly advised to watch their children at all times. They are not allowed to play by the stairway and by the bars/sides of the balcony (2nd Floor). Children below 12 years old are not allowed in the roof deck.
ROOM RULES
10. Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate two (2) persons. A maximum of Three (3) persons may occupy the room. A mattress will be provided by the hotel for an additional charge.
11. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room. (P5,000.00 fine will be imposed on violators)
12. We will provide separate towels for guests who would want to swim in the beach. Please request from Housekeeping. An outdoor shower is available in the front garden area for rinsing to avoid clogging up the water pipes in the bathrooms.
13. No eating and drinking of alcoholic beverages inside the room. Please take your meals at the lounge (Ground Floor) or snacks and/or drinks at the Balcony (2nd Floor).
14. Let us conserve energy. It would be nice if you can turn off the aircon and Television before you leave the room.
15. Should you wish for Housekeeping to make up your beds, please hang “Please Clean Room” sign outside your door.
Payment Policy
1. Reservation fees must be settled 2 days before check-in.
2. We require a full payment upon check-in, as well as a refundable key deposit.
3. We only accept cash as of now.
Cancellation Policy
1. A cancellation fee of 50% your total bill will be issued when guest cancels booking within 2-3 days prior to the check-in.
2. A cancellation fee of 75% your total bill will be issued when guest cancels booking 1 day prior to the check-in, or on the day itself.
