Amaroo Retreat and Spa
The Amaroo Retreat & Spa experience has been designed to rejuvenate our guests, helping them re-position their lives by tending to their bodies, their minds and their spirits. Here, a walk through the natural bush-land setting among kangaroos and abundant wildlife, is as much rigorous morning exercise as you need, to reflect on the day ahead. We offer the chance to relax with indulgent, caring spa treatments and delicious gourmet food and & drink in our adults only oasis.
Day Spa bookings must be made separately and can only be booked by contacting reception at reservations@amarooretreat.com.au or calling (08) 6244 4800.
Any spa treatments must be booked in advance as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Restaurant bookings must also be made separately and can be booked online by clicking on our 'Book A Table' tab, or by contacting our reception.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Payment Policies apply to all bookings.
- ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES -
The minimum age to experience all facilities at Amaroo Retreat & Spa is 18 years old.
Children under 18 years of age, including infants are NOT accommodated, nor permitted at Amaroo Retreat and Spa.
As such, cribs and roll away beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in any of our Chalets.
Pets are not allowed.
Upon checking in we kindly ask that all guests make their way to reception.
Both guests staying in our chalets are required to make their presence known to reception.
Upon checking out, we kindly ask you to bring your room key to reception so our receptionist can finalise any outstanding accounts.
Amaroo Retreat & Spa is a non-smoking establishment.
Penalties reaching a minimum cost of $150 will apply if any guest is found to be smoking anywhere on the grounds, or in and around the chalets.
There is a designated smokers area attached to the bar and restaurant.

- DAY SPA -
Our Day Spa can be pre-booked by contacting reservations@amarooretreat.com.au, or by calling 6244 4800.
The treatment menu can be found on our web-page under the SPA tab, or one of our friendly staff members will be more than happy to send a copy to you.
Please inform our reception if you are pregnant and wanting a spa treatment.
We do not allow spa treatments on expectant mother's under 12 weeks.
Please also notify our staff if you have any medical condition that may prevent our therapist from performing any treatment on you.
All spa treatments require payment in full 24 hours prior to your booking.
No-refunds will be given if a 'change of mind' is made, or if you are running late.

- FOOD & DRINK -
Our restaurant, The Lounge is OPEN on the following days/times for DINE IN services:

Wednesday: 6pm - Late
Thursday: 6pm - Late
Friday: 12pm - 3pm / 6pm - Late
Saturday: 12pm - 3pm / 6pm - Late
Sunday: 12pm - 3pm / 6pm - Late
Our restaurant is strictly NON-BYO as we are a fully licensed venue.
It is open 7 days a week from 5pm - 8pm for TAKEAWAY services, please contact reception for a takeaway menu, or check out website.
Breakfast is served 7 days a week from 8am - 10am.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -
All bookings require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking.
Full payment is due the day PRIOR to your arrival.
If payment fails to go through, you will be contacted.
If you do not respond then you risk your booking to be forfeited or cancelled with no monies to be repaid.
Payment Policy
- DEPOSIT & FULL PAYMENT -
A 50%, non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your reservation is due to secure your booking.
Full payment will automatically be deducted from your debit or credit card the day PRIOR to your arrival.
If this fails to go through, you will be contacted and asked to pay over the phone or via email.
If this fails to go through, or you fail to respond to our staff by close of business, you risk forfeiting your booking.
No-refunds of monies already paid will be given.
- SECURITY BOND -
Upon checking in, you are required to pay a $150 security bond.
The security bond will be refunded to you within 3 business days permitting all room charges have been settled and there are no damages to any of Amaroo Retreat & Spa's property as a result of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be put into credit for a maximum period of 12-months. After the 12-month period, if the credit has not been used all monies paid will be forfeited.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival, all monies paid will be forfeited.
Refunds will NOT be given under any circumstance.
