Minimum 7 days - long term or group bookings
Cancellations or changes within the above time frames will result in full payment of tariff.

**Smoking is PROHIBITED in all rooms. A cleaning fee of $400 is payable upon detection of smoking in any room at the Cosmopolitan**

24 hours cancellation policy on all motel room reservations, unless advised differently at time of booking.
7 days cancellation policy on all long term or group reservations, unless advised differently at time of booking.

Payment Policy

Payments are to be made at the time of check-in. Any expenses during stay will be charged and paid for when ordering the service UNLESS arrangements have been made at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Booked Directly with the Motel, the Motel will charge a cancellation fee of $20.00 to your credit card and will retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancellation or changes is not received by the cancellation deadline being the 1st Night's Accommodation Booked:
The cancellation deadline for the Ambassador Motel is Strictly 24 hours prior to arrival. An Administration fee of $20.00 will also incur if we have to supply any Financial institutions with Tax invoices etc for Defaults or Disputes.
