Our one-bedroom units are on the ground floor. The queen size bedroom has a walk-in-robe and ensuite, closing off to the living area which has an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. A private courtyard is accessible from the living area.

Our two-bedroom deluxe units are on the first floor. They are newly renovated with an open plan living area, the kitchen opens out to a private balcony through French glass doors bringing the outside in. Two bedrooms include one with a king size bed which can be converted to 2 single beds and the second bedroom has either two single beds or one double bed, please request your preference; both rooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom and laundry are cleverly incorporated with a modern, bright and airy feel.

Price includes up to 5 guests, 1 en-suite and 1 main bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, fully equipped kitchen, media room, separate dining and sitting area. Wifi, Double lock up garage and fully fenced yard. Some initial supplies and pantry items. The house is located in the Douglas area, close to the hospital and university.

Terms & Conditions
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood and agree to abide, and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions
Keys will be issued once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and paid all accommodation/ booking fees in full.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 2:00pm. We are closed on weekends and Public holidays.
Our check-in time is from 12:30pm, an early check-in may be arranged subject to availability. The check-out time is 9:30am; later check-out times are subject to availability and may incur a day use charge. If you are arriving after 2pm weekdays or on the weekend please ensure you contact reception 24 hours before arrival, to seek instruction on your check-in process.
Pets may be allowed to stay on approval from management, there are a limited number of units that are pet friendly.
Only one pet per booking is acceptable. Pets are not to be left on their own, the owner must be with the pet at all times. Unfortunately some have left their pet alone and this has caused issues with other guests due to barking. We can no longer accept bookings if you need to leave your pet unattended.
Payment Policy
A security deposit is required for all bookings. Payment of one night is required at the time of booking. With the balance payable on arrival. In the case of an after hours arrival please make arrangements to pay before check in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, however if you cancel your reservation after a deposit has been taken an administration fee of $35.00 will apply.
In the event of a non-arrival or there being less than 48 hours’ notice of departure, one nights accommodation will be charged.
Bookings made through online booking agencies will be subject to the online booking agency cancellation policy.
