- Check in time is 3PM - 2AM (next day)
- Late check out possible if timing permits.
- This property has a strict ‘No Party Policy’.
- Any complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise past 10pm may result in early check-out. No warnings if the building manager requests us to attend to the apartment due to excessive noise /parties.
- Pets not allowed.
- Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card.
- Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with a international credit card.
- Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform Apartment 88 of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
- A security deposit of AUD 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- No smoking inside apartment.
- Smoking is allowed only on balcony. Must use ash tray as provided. Do not flick butts over balcony.
- Absolutely no events and no parties.
- No Drugs.
- Please keep noise level down after 10pm
- Prior to check out, please kindly dispose all rubbish via the apartment's rubbish chute.
- Before you leave, please ensure that you clean the dishes, pots and cooking utensils either using the dishwasher or the detergent provided.
- Please treat our neighbours with respect.
- Booking of 1 or 2 nights is possible if calendar permits. Please contact host.
- Do not open entrance door in case of burnt toast or cooking causes smoke detector to go off. Guest agrees to be liable for fire brigade charge.
- It is OK to open balcony door and windows.
Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
