TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
1 Credit card to be copied on arrival. If insufficient funds available, payment in advance is required.
2 Keys must be returned to reception on departure. Unreturned keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.
3 All guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures, and all fittings in the apartment, foyers and Apartments On Lygon property.
4 Apartments On Lygon shall not be responsible for or liable to compensate for loss, theft or damage of personable property on or brought into the apartment or in the immediate vicinity of the property including the car park.
5 Where guests sign for and on behalf of a business or company or other guest and in the event of the business or company or other guest is unable to or refuses to pay any amount due to the guest(s) shall be liable to pay on demand any amount owing to the business or company under this agreement.
6 Should the term of the accommodation be reduced, the guest hereby agrees to be liable for the appropriate tariff under the current schedule.
7 For the enjoyment of other guests Apartments On Lygon would appreciate that noise is kept to a minimum.
8 Apartments On Lygon has a NO SMOKING policy in all apartments. SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT WILL INCUR A $150.00 CLEANING FEE.
9 IF YOU HAVE BEEN UPGRADED TO A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT AND USE THE SECOND BEDROOM YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TWO BEDROOM RATE PER DAY. THE EXTRA BED IN THE LOUNGE WILL BE CHARGED AT $35 PER DAY.
Payment Policy
Standard bookings require a deposit of no less than the 1st nights accommodation tariff. The deposit amount will be taken within 48 hours of making the booking.
Non refundable and 2 night specials require full payment to be taken within 48 hours of making the booking.
Visa, MasterCard, Amex are accepted credit cards. Eftpos is also available for bill settlement and extras.
