Aquajet Motel
The Aquajet Motel is located in a convenient off-highway position in Coffs Harbour's popular Park Beach area. The Aquajet is just a short stroll to Park Beach Plaza Shopping Centre, restaurants, cinemas, clubs and beaches and offers a range of facilities and features to make your stay a relaxed and enjoyable one, including a large saltwater pool, undercover BBQ and entertainment area.
There is a range of accommodation options to suit everyone: the single traveler, couples, small or large families. Balcony and poolside rooms feature their own outdoor seating area where you can relax in the tranquil garden setting, while interconnecting suites are perfect for families or friends holidaying together.
All rooms feature free WiFi internet and reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling) and are serviced daily upon request. Although all rooms are non-smoking, many have outdoor patios and balconies and there are several communal areas where smoking is permitted.

PAYMENT IN GENERAL
All reservations require payment at time of booking.
The credit card you provide secures your booking and may be charged any time from the time the reservation is received.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Fold-away and sofa beds are available for a nightly rate of $15 and cots for $15 per night. These charges are payable at the time of check-in.
Please request these in the notes section of your reservation, or contact us by email/telephone, in order that we may have your room prepared for your arrival.
GUEST NUMBERS
Poolside/balcony and standard room rates are for two people. An extra $10 is applicable for a third guest five years of age and over. Family room rates are for five people in total. Please contact us if you have a larger group.
CHECK-IN After 2:00 pm. Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 8 pm and we will arrange after-hours key collection. If you are arriving late and you have not contacted us to arrange late key your booking will be cancelled without refund.
CHECK-OUT Before 10 am (late check-out may be arranged for an additional charge subject to availability).
Please note: internet bookings will not be accepted after 7:45 pm for same day check-in.

Payment Policy
PAYMENT
All reservations require payment at time of booking.
The credit card you provide secures your booking and may be charged any time from the time the reservation is received. Extra nights may be settled on arrival and a receipt/tax invoice will be provided. Alternatively, you may choose a different payment method at the time of check-in and credit card charges will be refunded.
IMPORTANT - Debit cards are not accepted as security for rooms but may be used for payment.
There is no booking fee associated with your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY (standard)
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may want to cancel or change your booking. If this happens, please call us on 02 6652 6588. Email cancellations are only to support cancelling by phone.
If you made your original booking through an online booking agency, you will need to make cancellation arrangements with them.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to midday of the check-in date in order to avoid our cancellation fee (the first nights accommodation charge) or have accommodation charges refunded.
During the Easter holiday period (April 1st to April 30th) and Christmas/New Year peak period (December 22nd to January 15th inclusive), fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation is required or you may be charged the full amount of those cancelled nights for which the required notice has not been provided.
For bookings of 10 rooms or more, 30 days' notice of cancellation is required throughout the year.
SPECIALS
Any specials offered on our website, accepted and booked, will require full payment of the booking duration in advance of check-in and cannot be broken. If a guest decides to leave before the end of the paid period, no money will be refunded.
FORCE MAJEURE POLICY
Due to the constant changing of rules and regulations regarding movement of people within Australia during the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we have created this Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances) policy, to help our guests and prospective guests navigate the sometimes confusing situation regarding their reservation.
The motels standard cancellation policy will apply in all cases except when...
1... A flash announcement is made by authorities that does not allow the guest time to fulfill the standard cancellation obligations stated in our standard cancellation policy.
2... After giving our reception the reason for your cancellation and after the information has been verified, that did not give enough time for our standard cancellation policy to be fulfilled.
3... You contacted the motel by phone (02 6652 6588) to advise us of your circumstances. (An email alone will not be accepted as a cancellation, email us only if you wish your cancellation to be in writing).
All bookings made with an online booking agency must be cancelled via the same channel. For example, if you made your original reservation through Booking.com, you will need to handle your cancellation with them.
