Terms & Conditions

I agree that the details i have supplied above are true and correct at the time of registration. I also agree that i am personally liable for the payment of all the charges incurred during my stay and if the person, company or agent as indicated by me who is responsible for the payment, does not to do so, then i will settle all the charges before departing from Arch Studio Cenang.
I am personally liable for any damage done to this or any Studio or any part of Arch Studio Cenang property by myself or other person on Arch Studio property as my guest. I also agree that the Arch Studio Cenang limit of liability is pursuant to the Innkeeper Act.
I agree to pay full any outstanding monies by myself, my company, my employer or member of my party to the Arch studio Cenang upon departure and allow the Hotel to exercise their to pursue outstanding amounts.
I understand that failure to comply may lead to civil and / or criminal . The Arch Studio Cenang liability for valuable is governed by section 4, Innkeeper Act 1952
I agree not to hold the hotel liable for loss of cash and / or valuable kept in my room. Any dispute has to be brought up prior to departure considered.

Payment Policy

- Guest will be charged one night non- refundable pre-payment anytime after the reservation was made.
-Remaining charges will be settled upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

-Guest will be charged one night if cancel 14 days before arrival.
- For cancellation within 14 days of arrival / doesn't show up, guest will be charged the total room charges.
