Located in picturesque Deloraine, Arcoona Manor is one of Tasmania's most prestigious privately owned homes. Built in 1892, Arcoona Manor has a rich history and is listed with the National Trust. The property has been lovingly restored and refurbished and offers guests the choice of five luxurious suites with private ensuite, immaculate gardens, a croquet lawn, a billiards room, drawing room, formal dining room and stunning ballroom. Arcoona Manor guests can expect a bespoke Tasmanian countryside accommodation experience, including continental and cooked breakfast featuring produce grown from the property's market garden and orchard and other locally sourced products.

Terms & Conditions
The fine print for your stay at Arcoona Manor:
1. Full PAYMENT is required at time of RESERVATION.
2. All rates quoted are inclusive of 10% GST and quoted in Australian Dollars.
3. The rates for any unbooked rooms can be changed at any time and will be updated on the website. Rates can differ depending upon availability and seasonality.
4. Some credit cards may incur a surcharge of up to 2% over and above the stated accommodation rate.
5. Rates quoted do not qualify for third party reward programs, including airline frequent flyer points.
6. Reservations are to be paid in full at time of booking. For bookings with a value of less than AUD$2000.00 the following will apply. Should a booking be cancelled outside of 30 days of the planned stay, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations received 15 - 30 days prior to planned stay will incur a 50% refund and cancellations less than 14 days prior to planned stay will be charged in full. No shows will be charged in full.
7.. For reservations that are greater than AUD$2000.00 the following will apply. Cancellation within 14 days will be charged in full. Cancellations 14 days and greater will receive a 50% refund.
9. CHECK-IN time is from 2.00pm - 8.00pm. Early arrival requests are not guaranteed but on a request basis only. Should you wish to guarantee an early arrival time, the room will need to be booked from the night prior and will be charged at the daily contracted room rate and is subject to availability.
9. CHECK-OUT time is up to 10.00am. Late departures up to 12 noon may be possible upon request. For departures after 12 noon, a full daily contracted room rate will apply and is subject to availability.
10. Free car parking is available on the property. Guests are responsible for the security of their vehicles and any personal items.
11. Arcoona Manor is not responsible for any loss arising out of any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but limited to, acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
12. Guests travelling with children are to be supervised at all times, especially in the garden near the pond and around antiques and breakables.
13. Guests will be charged for any damages, breakables and theft. In the case of theft, the replacement/market value plus 25% will be charged.
14. From time to time, Arcoona Manor will have special promotions that will require a Promotions Codeword to be entered onto the website when booking to receive that promotion. Promotions are subject to availability and conditions.
15. Any requests for additional guests (including children) above the stated room capacity will incur an additional charge of AUD $50.00 per head per night and is subject to availability and prior approval.
