All bookings made on or after 3rd December 2021 will require all guests 12 and over to be able to provide the my vaccine pass or an exemption certificate . As the person making the booking it is your responsibility to make sure all guests included in your booking are able to do this.
Payment Policy
For direct bookings made with Alpine Springs Motel payment is taken from the credit card used to make your booking the day prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
4 day cancellation policy applies - if you cancel less than four days prior to your arrival a charge of one nights accommodation applies. This policy applies to direct bookings only including on OUR OWN website.
