Property Information
Augusta Sheoak Chalets
The Chalets are situated 3 kms from the Augusta township, are high on the hill bordered on two sides by National Park, they overlook the farmland and the distant Blackwood River, We are a 3 1/2 hour drive from Perth and 1/2 hour south of Margaret River.
Each Chalet is fully self contained inc all linen and bedding and we offer free Wi Fi to all Chalets.
We have 5 Chalets -
3x3 bedroom Chalets sleeping a max of 6 - 2 downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs loft with double mattress on the floor.
A 4 bedroom Chalet plus upstairs loft area with Queen bed, with 3 bathrooms (2 inside and 1 outside), an air hockey table and sleeps 12.
A 4 bedroom Chalet with 2 bathrooms, a pool table, a commercial kitchen and sleeps 10.
Our local IGA supermarket opens daily and the new Augusta Boat Harbour is just the best!, There`s tons to do and see If you require peace and quiet away from the big centre hassles this is it, Many visitors are so pleasantly surprised at what this lovely town has to offer. Chalets 1,2 and 3 have two bedrooms downstairs, and one small bedroom upstairs in the loft (access via ladder).
Room 1 has queen bed, Room 2 has two single beds, Room 3 has a double foam mattress and a single foam mattress on the floor.
Heating by pot belly, cooling by oscillating fans. Bbq.

Chalet 4 has four separate bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs on a loft/mezzanine floor. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 each have a large Double bed and a set of bunk beds. The loft/mezzanine floor has a large double bed.
Two disabled bathrooms inside, and one bathroom outside. Heating is with pot belly. Seating for 12 people, large BBQ.
Excellent for family gatherings.

Chalet 5 has four double bedrooms. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have a large double bed, bedroom 4 has a large double bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also 2 single beds that can be used in the living area.
Two small bathrooms, pot belly heating, seating for 20 people, a commercial kitchen, two fridges, and BBQ.

Terms & Conditions
No Booking will be made without current credit card details.
A deposit needs to be paid at the time of the booking.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is at 10am.
Chalets must be left tidy and clean.
Dishes must be washed and dried before putting in cupboards.
No Smoking in chalets.
Smokers must dispose of butts carefully outside as we have dry vegetation surrounding all chalets.
Payment Policy
We accept MasterCard & Visa only, or cash.
Accommodation to be paid for before entry to chalets.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled two weeks before arrival.
Deposits will then be refunded.
