-We have a strict NO PARTY policy.
-Check-out time is 10.00 AM. Late check-out incurs a late check-out surcharge. Please ask reception for surcharge rate.
-Parking on-site needs to be reserved in advance, and incurs a daily fee of $30 - but please be aware that our parking spots are limited and subject to availability. Parking is for standard vehicles only (clearance of 2 metres): we cannot accommodate larger vehicles. There is also public parking nearby.
-Our postal address is 707/534 Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000. If you wish to have mail delivered during your stay, please ensure you reference this address, and your name, so that we can ensure your mail is delivered to your apartment - it is best to contact us in advance to arrange this. If your mail is incorrectly addressed, you may not receive it.
-NON-SMOKING: Aura on Flinders is a non-smoking property. This use of smoking products of any sort, including all cigarette products and all smoke-producing products (cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, vaporizers, etc.) is prohibited in the premises, in the common areas or hallways except in your premises’ private balcony. Ensure the guest close the apartment balcony door while smoking. Failure to comply will incur a cleaning fee of $300AUD.
