Cancellation Policy:
We Have a 48 hour cancellation policy. No refund will be provided for any booking changes or cancellations made outside the 48 hours policy.
Liability:
Guest agrees to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of booking for more than one room (group booking) the lead or registered guest providing credit card/debit card is personally liable for any person,group,company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges
Damage to the hotel property:
The Australia Hotel reserves the right to charge individual guests or the lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel's property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay, the damage will be drawn to the guest's attention. But if damage discovered after guests departed then we will charge the cost to repair the damage to the guest's credit card/debit card.

Credit Card, Debit Card, EFTPOS and Cash are accepted as payment. 1.35 % charge for Master card and Visa

Cancellation Policy
We Have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any booking changes or cancellations made after 2pm the day before check-in will incur a fee of one night's accommodation to be charged.
If a cancellation must take place it is advisable to phone rather than email the cancellation as we cannot guarantee an email cancellation will be received
