Autumn Abode Cottages are fully self-contained one bedroom and two bedroom cottages in a quiet central location. Recently redecorated, spotlessly clean and surrounded by establish landscaped gardens. They also feature views from the verandah, electric BBQ and outdoor furniture and off-street parking. Positioned right on the Rail Trail, they are an easy 5 minute walk to Bright's many great restaurants, cafes and shops.

Terms & Conditions
We want everyone to be able to enjoy Autumn Abode Cottages. We trust that anyone who stays has an appreciation for quality and will therefore treat the Cottage with respect and as if it were their own. Just to be on the safe side, we’ve outlined some general terms & conditions.
Check In Procedure:
Check in Time is from 2:00pm
Check out Time is by 10:00am
Keys will be in an envelope with your name on it between the screen door and the front door of your cottage. We don't have a reception on site.
Terms and Conditions
Autumn Abode Cottages can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests and 1 infant in our one bedroom cottage. A maximum of 4 guests and 1 infant in our two bedroom cottage. We will always look to be reasonable but we reserve the right to charge your credit card after your stay up to $1,000 under the following circumstances: Damage to any property exceeding $50; Extra cleaning at $50 per hour if furniture has been moved and not replaced, dishes not clean, dry and replaced or the place is generally not in the state you found it in.
Smoking
Autumn Abode Cottages are smoke free inside. However, guests can smoke outside. An ashtray is provided under cover. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be debited to your credit card if evidence of smoking inside is found.
Pets
No pets are allowed. Guide dogs are welcomed but must be notified at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
Online Bookings: We accept VISA and MasterCard. Payment will be taken on the day of arrival. Your credit cards is held as security for your booking.
Direct phone bookings: A valid credit card is held as security for your booking.
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Payments can be made via internet banking prior to arrival or credit card or cash on the day of arrival. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please note that specials or last minute bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival date 100% cancellation fee
Re-booking fee $50 for each change to a reservation.
Cancellation fees also apply to reservations made using gift vouchers.
We always aim to re-book cancelled reservations. If successful, we may reduce any cancellation fees at our discretion.
COVID Lockdown Cancellations: In the event COVID restrictions prevent guests from travelling, a full refund will be negotiated at the time of cancellation.
