Safe deposit boxes are available in your room. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of cash, jewelry or other valuables unless placed in the safe deposit boxes. The resort is not responsible for valuables left in your villa/room or vehicles.
I confirm that all activities undertaken at or within Blue Lagoon Avia Villa shall be at my own risk and i will not hold Blue Lagoon Avia Villa and/or its employees liable for any damages and/or injuries I may suffer.
I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event the indicated person,company or association fails to pay for any part of the full amount of these charges.
Payment Policy
Prepayment : 50% of the total booking will be charged
The balance payment will be charged in 30 days before arrival
If the booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% will be charged.
Designed with couple in mind, the villa cannot accommodate an extra bed or additional person more than 3 years old that requires separate bed.
All children are welcome and can stay free of charge in bed sharing with parents.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit is non refundable
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival and in case of no show 100% of the total booking will be charged.
Designed with couple in mind, the villa cannot accommodate an extra bed or additional person more than 3 years old that requires separate bed.
All children are welcome and can stay free of charge in bed sharing with parents.
