please notice that the charge EXCLUDES shuttle vehicle or cleaning room service, if u wanna these service please contact our man in charge for paid transportation service between the house to the airport, and the cleaning room service

Cancellation Policy
No refund for the deposit if the following happen:
(1). smoking in anywhere in the house
(2). DO NOT keep the AC at the 1st floor being open when the other AC at 2nd and 3rd floor are running
No refund if the following happens:
(1). The driver is missing his way
(2). Arrived late until 23:00 and not mentioned before
(3). Can't contact with housekeeper for some personal reason
