The guest acknowledges that they are personally responsible for the payment of the account and authorise Ballarat Station Apartments to access the valid credit card details provided to cover all amounts owing including and not limited to: outstanding room charges, excess cleaning costs, damages and loss of revenue due to the room being unavailable to be occupied.
Ballarat Station Apartments will not be responsible for any personal items lost, damaged or left behind whilst staying as a guest. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure all personal items are accountable for prior to departure.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required 7 a minimum of days prior to arrival. Payment can be made via all major credit card and EFTPOS. (2% surcharge for AMEX).
