All bookings must be secured with a credit card and paid for upon check-in if you are paying by cash or card, all card payments incur a 2% surcharge. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer and have an Australian account you can request an invoice which is payable in full 7 days prior to check-in. All bookings cancelled regardless of notice given will incur a $50 refund processing and admin fee. All bookings cancelled with less than 10 days notice prior to the date of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
