At Beachcomber Holiday Units you can relax and unwind in one of our boutique self-contained holiday units. Beachcomber Holiday Units is an owner operated accommodation that provides outstanding personalized customer service to couples, families, and small groups. Ideally located for both the holidaying and business traveller in the centre of Lakes Entrance. Access to the 90 Mile Beach is just a hop, skip and a jump over the road on the iconic footbridge. Cunningham Arm, part of the Gippsland Lakes is a safe and ideal spot for paddle boarding, fishing, water skiing and swimming. Make sure you keep your eyes open to see the resident Burrunan Dolphins and seals. Once you exit your vehicle you won't need it again until you regrettably have to say goodbye.

Sit back, relax and make yourself at home in our newly renovated units, there is a choice of one, two or three bedroom.

We have 2 x one bedroom units - one separate room with a queen size bed and a sofa lounge in the lounge room that can be folded out to a double bed (sleeps up to 4 guests)
1 x two bedroom unit - one room with a queen size bed and the other room has a queen size bed and a single bed (sleeps up to 5 guests)
And 2 x three bedroom units - two separate rooms both with queen size beds and and the third room has two single beds (sleeps up to 6 guests)

Our meticulously clean, quiet self-contained holiday units provide the option to dine in with all units having fully equipped kitchens with stove top, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Linen and bath towels are provided for you. Cook your catch of the day on the BBQ facilities provided and enjoy alfresco dining. Alternatively, on your door step many cuisines are available.

Terms & Conditions

Check - In
Check-in is between 2pm - 5:00pm.
Please advice us of your estimated arrival time. Should your arrival be after these hours we will make prior arrangements for you to collect your room key.

Check – Out
Check-out time is 10am to allow us time to prepare for our next guest arrival. Please contact us if you are running late as we should be able to accommodate you depending on occupancy. A late check-out fee may be applied if your unit is not vacated at set check-out time.

We will hold your credit card details to cover incidentals and any property damage that may have occurred during your stay.

Cooking Facilities
Cooking facilities are provided. We kindly ask you to refrain from cooking or keeping seafood in the unit as this ensures the unit is odour free for you and the next guest’s. Because of the additional cleaning, airing and time, costs involved with seafood odours, we charge a service fee equivalent to one nights accommodation, should odours be detected.
External fridges, decaling sink and outdoor barbecues are provided for food preparation and alfresco cooking. We thank you for your understanding.

Smoking
Our units are strictly smoke free. We provide ashtrays for the disposal of cigarette butts. Due to additional cleaning, airing and time, costs involved with smoking odours, a fee equivalent to one nights accommodation is charged should odours or evidence be detected.

Please leave units in a clean and tidy state with the kitchen cleaned and dishes dried and put away before you vacate and all rubbish removed in order to avoid a cleaning fee.

Occupancy
Please insure that you have put the correct number of guests on your booking. Charges may apply for additional extra guests.
Guests aged 18 years and above are considered adults.
All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult for the duration of there stay.

Cot and extra bed policies
Portacots are available on request and charged at $15 per stay.
There is no capacity for extra beds in any of the units

Parties
Parties are not allowed. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbours and limit noise after 10pm.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Beachcomber Holiday Units accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. We will charge the first nights accommodation (cancellation fee) 3 days prior to checking in (01/02 - 21/12) or 7 days prior to checking in (22/12 -31/01)

All Charges are covered by this credit card, upon arrival you will be asked for a credit card for bond to cover any incidental charges or damages during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

From the 1st of February to the 21st of December
You may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the first nights accommodation if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
From the 22nd of December to the the 31st of January
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. You will be charged the total of the first nights accommodation if you cancel in the 7 days prior to arrival.
If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

COVID - 19
Please rest assured whilst making a booking to stay at Beachcomber Holiday Units.
If you are put in to lockdown or are not allowed to travel to us due to state mandated restrictions we will not charge any cancellation fee.
Until we reach 80% double vaccination rate all charges will processed on the day of check in.
