Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is payable within 7 days of booking. Once a booking is received we will contact you with details for bank transfer. We are unable to accept a deposit from your credit card.
Balance is payable on your arrival either in IDR (Indonesian rupiah) cash or Visa or MasterCard.
Credit card payments are calculated on the current Permata Bank rate plus 3% on the day of processing. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. The Beach Melati Apartments cannot be held responsible for these differences.
Cancellation Policy
More then 30 days prior to check in: Your deposit will be converted to a credit note to be put towards a future booking. Any additional monies in excess of the required deposit paid will be refunded (less any bank fees incurred)
Less then 30 days prior to check in: Your deposit will be forfeited, however any additional monies in excess of the required deposit paid will be refunded (less any bank fees incurred).
After Check-in at your request, your payment will be forfeited. At our request, your deposit and used nights will be forfeited as well as any costs for damage and bank fees if incurred
