- The accommodation doesn't include breakfast, but some fruit and snacks are prepared to entertain everyone.
- Please do not bring pets for accommodation. If you bring your pets, guests will be refused accommodation; if the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If you stay for more than two nights, a free pick-up service will be provided (range: Be my house - airport/pier).

Be my house precautions：
1. The counter is open from 8:00 am to 22:00 pm. Check-in time: after 3 pm, check-out time: before 11 am. You can store your luggage at the front desk before your check-in time.
2. Please show your national ID card when you check in for the registration of your accommodation. At the time of registration, please also pay for your accommodation. If you need to rent a car or motorcycle, please remember to bring your driver's license. (If you will not arrive before 18:00 in the afternoon, please call to confirm your accommodation in advance so that you can reserve the room for you, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up and the deposit will be confiscated)
3. Exceeding number: The number of people staying should not exceed the original set number of people (children under 6 years old are acceptable). If the number of people exceeds the set number of the original guest room, the hotel has the right to refuse your stay. For example: a 4-person room can only accommodate 4 people. (Limited to 1 person, the cost is 500 yuan per person per day); a 2-person room can only accommodate 2 people. (Limited to 2 people, cannot add people)
4. When you are out, please cherish resources together, turn off the room lights and lock the door for safety and hand over the room key to the counter for safekeeping.
5. We want to create a very quiet and elegant accommodation. Please avoid loud conversations and noises before 8:00 in the morning and after 10:00 in the evening. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas. (room,hall,kitchen, toilet) Smoking in the room will result in charges to the occupying guest for cleaning fee NT$1000 and the cost of repairing if any damage caused.
7. Please take good care of all the supplies and equipment provided by the hotel. We have the right to claim compensation if damaged.
8. Drinking, making noise, partying, and drug use are strictly prohibited in the hotel. Once discovered, the police will absolutely deal with it.
Payment Policy
Be my house accepts cash in local currency, Visa and Mastercard card. Personal cheques or traveller’s cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel on the arrival day or 1 to 7 days prior to your stay → 100% deposit will be charged
Cancel 8 to 14 days prior to your stay → 70% deposit will be charged
Cancel 15 to 21 days prior to your stay → 50% deposit will be charged
Cancel 22 days prior to your stay → no charge
▲ If Taiwanese government announced OFF due to a typhoon or any natural disaster, we will provide free cancellation. (NT$200 handling fee must be deducted) or kept for three months.
