Covid - 19 related Policies
Please be mindful of any Government regulations that may supersede or vary the following - WITHOUT NOTICE.
Contact with Motel Staff is possible between 0800 & 2000 daily only by calling 02 4877 1381.
Only registered Motel Guests are permitted on Motel Property, please do not invite anyone to visit you at the Motel.
The person who’s name the reservation is made must advise Motel staff the name and mobile number for any non-family member sharing that room.
BBQ area is restricted to family members.
The pool is open for use during the daylight savings period only.
Only 1 person at a time may use the services available in the Guest Kitchen.

TESTING
If you feel unwell with Covid-19 symptoms, there are 2 testing facilities, within a 10 minute drive.

The person in who's name this reservation is made, is the person who must check-in, provide identification, and sign this Guest Registration Form.
Under no circumstances will room entry be provided to 3rd parties without prior authorization.
All units are allocated ONE parking position in the designated parking area. Please do not park anywhere that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We cannot accommodate trucks, caravans or trailers in Motel grounds, there is additional parking on Wingecarribee St – at the Motel entrance .
In the interests of ALL Guests, only the registered occupants of each room are permitted to remain in that room after midnight.
The minimum age for single occupancy is 18 years.
The SECURITY and SAFETY of all Motels Guests is of paramount importance. Any person who, in the process of making a reservation, provides false or misleading personal information, including invalid Credit Cards, will have their reservation automatically cancelled.
ALL ROOMS ARE DESIGNATED NON-SMOKING - and pets are not permitted inside the rooms.
Any guest who vacates their room after rendering it unusable for the following night (and not reported) may be charged an additional night at the rate applicable to that night.
DAMAGE to rooms - that is caused by Guests whereby the room is unusable will incur a charge for the following night at that nightly rate. In addition, the Guest will be liable for any replacement cost associated with having to replace equipment that is deemed beyond repair.
FACIAL MAKE-UP and BODY TANNING sprays permanently damage towels, face cloths etc. Any such damage will attract a replacement penalty of at least $45. There is a dark face washer located in the bathroom vanity for the removal of make-up
PARKING on the property is strictly for Motel Guests only. The Motel takes no responsibility for loss or damage to Guests property.
PETS are not permitted in rooms and should the cleaners find any evidence of this breach an additional cleaning fee will be charged

Payment Policy

Rates for ALL reservations beyond 1st July 2022 are provisional.

To secure every booking, lodgement of credit card details is mandatory, however, payment is not processed until (up to) 5 days before the day of check-in. Under no circumstances will access to your room be provided until full payment is received. Split payments by room occupants is not available.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty will be incurred for cancellations where 48hrs notice prior to check-in time is provided.
Failure to cancel will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night rate.

For your own protection, we strongly recommend that all customers secure Travel Insurance.

GROUP/MULTIPLE ROOM RESERVATIONS POLICY

For Security and Privacy reasons, all reservations must include:
1. Name of (1) person who will be recorded as the person who will Register on the first day of occupancy for each room.
2. Number of occupants 12 and over (adults).
3. Number of occupants under 12 (children).
4. Email address.
5. Contact (mobile) telephone number.
6. Credit Card details: Name, Number, Expiry date (payment is not taken until the morning of the day of arrival)
7. Expected time of arrival – please note that reception opens at - 2.00pm.

To secure the reservation, a valid credit card must be provided.
Please note that a 48 hour cancellation clause is enforced
Privacy Laws also prohibit Motel staff from divulging/discussing reservations information to third parties.
Failure to comply with Motel Policy will result in reservations being cancelled.
