All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation Policy.
Special terms to cover Covid-19 and any other pandemic:
The health of our guests and our regional community is paramount.
All guests coming to Birches must demonstrate they have been double vaccinated for Covid 19. Your booking WILL ONLY BE SECURED when proof of double vaccination is received. Please email a copy of your vaccination cerificate to stay@birchesmudgee.com.au
Birches caters only for adults (no children)
Credit card details are required on booking and held for seven days following departure.
Birches is a non-smoking environment. If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged a fee of $100.00 per room.
Birches does not provide charging facilities for electric or hybrid vehicles (EV's). Mudgee has 3 destination chargers in town. Should an emergency situation necessitate charging of EV's, a flat rate of $30 will be charged.
Check in time: after 3.00pm.
Check out by 10.00am on day of departure.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Any damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay. The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to compensate for damage, breakages or theft to the property.
Rates
• All rates are in Australian Dollars.
• All Rates shown are for accommodation plus breakfast.
• It is essential that you enter your details correctly so that we can process your booking effectively.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is required to secure the booking.
For bookings made over six months in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund is given for cancellations up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.
A 50% refund is given for 13 – 2 days notice prior to your arrival date, unless the room is booked by another party. in this case a full refund will be given.
For cancellations of 48 hours or less, no refund will be given unless the room is booked by another party. In this case a full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.
