ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข

Bird Day Boutique Hotel ("Hotel") Terms and Conditions are as follows;
1. For booking of 5 rooms or more, different polices apply. Please contact hotel directly by phone or email.
2. Check in time is 14:00, Check out time is 11:00 AM.
3. For early check in before 6:00 am, we charge full one night room rate if room is free.
4. For the early check in between 9:00 am and 13:00 pm, we charge THB200 per room if room is free.
5. For the late check out between 12:00 and before 15:45. We charge THB200.
6. For the late check out after 15:45, we charge full one night room rate if room is free.
7. For extra bed, Extra bed is THB350 / one night / only one guest. Please kindly confirm that extra bed is foldable mattress only with Linen with breakfast.
For Room only with Extra bed is THB300 / one night / only one guest.Please kindly confirm that extra bed is foldable mattress only with Linen with No breakfast.
8. Only two children under 11 years can stay free of charge with breakfast coupon when using existing beds and Linen. Please advise Hotel at booking.
9. There is no space capacity for extra beds for Deluxe King and Superior plus King.
It is required to book in advance for limited availability.
10. For more than 5 meter length car, please park wider car parking lots area behind the property. We do not have car parking space for more than 6 meter truck or bus.
11. Car parking charge without staying with only booking is THB150 per one car per night (limited availability)
12. For parking, Hotel is not responsible or liable for any damage or theft.

For credit card details are only used to guarantee booking, Payments for booking must be made upon check in by cash, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB MasterCard, Union Pay or VISA.

For other bookings such as telephone booking and group booking, different polices apply. Please contact hotel directly by phone or email.

นโยบายการยกเลิก

If the online booking is cancelled or changed up to 3 day prior to the date of check in, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If the online booking is canceled or changed later, 100% of the first night will be charged by credit card.
In case of no-show, the Hotel has right to charge full amount of booking by credit card.
