By making a reservation with the Black Nugget Hotel Motel, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Motel.
24 Hour cancellation policy. Must be advised by 1pm the day before arrival of any cancellation. Failure to notify within the 24 hour period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation charge of your booking.While your staff or sub contractors are guests of our hotel motel, all room charges will be the companies or employees responsibility. Any discrepancy over payment of any charges are to be negotiated between yourself and your employees. Once the booking is made, you are responsible for the accommodation charge and any room charges during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest and do not take responsibility for any loss,damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises.Including personal effects and motor vehicles.
