Blair Athol Estate invites you to experience country hospitality in our gracious 1904 Manor House
Indulge in the Blair Athol Bed & Breakfast experience with antique furniture, ornate pressed metal ceilings, open fireplaces and cool verandahs. Sip a complimentary sherry or port, while you relax in the drawing room, parlour or breakfast room.
Explore the grounds at your leisure, viewing exotic trees planted in the 1870's, the ironstone cemetery, free-range chickens, horses and traditional outbuildings. Enjoy a game of tennis or outdoor chess, just for fun.
Treat yourself to a gourmet cooked or continental breakfast - please let Kim know on arrival or when making the booking.

Covid-19
We ask that our guests are double vaccinated, as per the NSW Health Guidelines.
Non-smoking
The well-being and comfort of all guests at Blair Athol Estate is important to us, therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies to all buildings on the estate.
Children
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age without exclusive booking of the Manor.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Bookings are subject to the cancellation conditions. Please read carefully.
Bookings are not confirmed until a credit card number has been received.
Check in time: 2:00 pm onwards (early check in by arrangement).
Check out time: by 10:00 am (later check out by arrangement).
For the security and safety of all guests, only guests staying at Blair Athol Estate are permitted into the building or on the grounds, unless prior arrangements have been made when booking your accommodation.
Please note that open fires are not allowed in the bedrooms. If they are used, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
Please note that the day spa (pool etc) is not included with accommodation. Bookings are essential, adults only and open at the weekend.
For your ease and convenience, please park to the left of the manor house, looking from the top of the driveway.

15 or more days: no charge.
3 to 14 days: $50 administration fee.
48 hours: one night's room rate.
24 hours or no show: 100% of the booking.
