Bluebush Estate is located in the renowned Lovedale region of Australia's Hunter Valley Wine Country, just 2 hours from Sydney and only minutes from many of the renowned Hunter and Lovedale cellar doors. At Bluebush Estate you will enjoy luxury accommodation amid our sweeping lawns, classic gardens, majestic trees and picturesque vineyards.
Bluebush Estate is the tonic you need to unwind and relax. On our peaceful property, you can enjoy a getaway and escape the pressures of the city by making us your base for your wine tour weekend getaway, family reunion or group gathering.
Bluebush Estate is also the ideal location to host your business conference and/or team building activities. Our conference room seats up to 12 delegates and is equipped with a whiteboard & broadband internet access. The peace and tranquility will allow your staff to be refreshed and focused, ready for the job at hand.
The picturesque Lovedale area of the Hunter Valley is renowned for its award winning wines from the local boutique wineries, stunning restaurants, galleries, and tourist accommodation. The Lovedale region hosts a number of events throughout the year, with the signature event being the famous Lovedale Long Lunch held on the third weekend in May each year. In addition, wineries conduct their own functions such as Country Music in the Vines, String Quartet in the Vines, Opera and Jazz in the Vines, olive oil promotions, pasta classes, chocolate making and other special events. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy!

Our Guesthouse offers intimate air conditioned guest rooms, each with their own comfy king bed and private ensuite. Guest Room 2 is the largest suite and has a full bathroom with a bath and an extra single bed to accommodate up to 3 adults. Although The Guesthouse has 5 guest rooms, when you book your Couples Getaway you will enjoy your space and privacy as only 3 guest rooms are available at any one time. Guest facilities include a spacious shared lounge area with gas log fire place, large kitchen and formal dining room. Our Guesthouse also has a large covered entertainment area with BBQ facilities, dining tables and lounges for you to relax and enjoy the delightful views over our boutique vineyard and nearby Molly Morgan mountain range. Estate guest facilities also include tennis court, billiard room and saltwater swimming pool. Tea and coffee making facilities available at all times.

Bluebush Estate is situated on 10 acres in the heart of Lovedale in close proximity to many renowned wineries and restaurants. While staying at Bluebush Estate why not take advantage of visiting one of the Hunter Valley's many attractions such as the renowned Hunter Valley Gardens or Hunter Valley Zoo, or consider a magical hot air balloon ride at sunrise (complimentary return transfers included with Beyond Ballooning). If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground there are a large variety of wine tasting, brewery and distillery tours to choose from (pick up and drop off from Bluebush). If you are looking for a round of golf, 3 world class golf course are a 5 to 10 minute drive from beautiful Bluebush.

There is also a full size billiard table. Terms & Conditions
Bluebush Estate Terms & Conditions
• The booking is to be made in the name of one person per booking and as such is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all his/her guests
• The person booking the accommodation is responsible for any damages to the property and its contents and will have paid a bond (cash deposit or
direct deposit) of $250.00 per house – fully refunded within one week of leaving the Estate if no damages or incidentals have been incurred.
This will be direct deposited prior to your arrival or paid in cash on arrival
To ensure the continuing quality of our establishment the following Conditions apply. Guests are requested:-
• Not to smoke inside the house
• Not to damage or remove any property from the houses or grounds
• Not to increase the number of guests in their party without prior consent of management
• Not to hold a function or party without prior consent of management
• To leave the accommodation clean & tidy eg. no unwashed dishes, excessive spillages or stains on floors /carpets, report any breakages, remove
rubbish from kitchen . Waste bin and bottle bin are located near the green shed. Additional cleaning charge will apply and deducted from your bonded
• Not to bring pets
• If organising an onsite massage, hairdresser etc. the company will be required to provide management with a copy of their Certificate of Currency for
Public Liability.
Code of Conduct
A mandatory Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation will apply from 18 December 2020.
Guest obligations
The Code of Conduct imposes certain behaviour standards on guests in short-term rental accommodation, including:
. You must not make noise that unreasonably disrupts your neighbours
. You must not cause damage to the premises, including any common property in a strata scheme or association property in a community scheme
. You are responsible for the actions of your visitors and must ensure they comply with the behaviour standards set out in the code.
. If you don’t meet your obligations under the code, you could face penalties such as warning notices, fines or being added to the exclusion register. A person who is listed on the exclusion register is prohibited from participating in the short-term rental accommodation industry for five years.

We appreciate your understanding in having to formalise our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge for most it should not be necessary.
• The owners of the property known as "Bluebush Estate", 196 Wilderness Road, Lovedale, take no responsibility for guests' personal property.
• All tariffs are inclusive of GST & are valid to 31/12/20
• Check in time is any time after 2pm with checkout being 10am (unless approved differently with management)
Your privacy is important to us at Bluebush Estate - all information provided to us is treated as confidential.
Any details you submit to us either directly or on our web forms will not be passed to any third party and will be used only for the purpose for which you provided them.
Payment Policy
We require 50% deposit to secure your booking
This payment made be made either by:
- Online Internet Banking option
- Phoning our office with Credit Card
information (1.5% fee will apply)
1 Month prior to your arrival, we require the balance to be paid
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
* A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of our "Terms & Conditions"
* Deposits are not refundable (or transferable) if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to arrival unless the property can be rebooked
All refunds attract a $50 administration fee.
