Bluegrass BnB is located in a semi rural acreage estate . The peace and tranquillity is what sets us apart from city accommodation. We have an abundance of wildlife, particularity birds, that adds to the natural setting. Our rooms are private units that are separate from the main dwelling allowing for your privacy. Both rooms are set up for short term or longer stays and include private en-suit facilities, with private outdoor decks with BBQ facilities.

Our King Family Room is fully self contained for short term or longer stays. It has a King bed with a Daybed and trundle (two single sized beds), perfect for the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove top, Convection oven/microwave, full fridge, toaster, jug and all cutlery and crockery. There's outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. The bathroom has ample room with an oversized shower. The room comes with a 40" HDTV with DVD player and a selection of movies, free WiFi with Google Home and free Spotify.

Bookings will only be accepted with valid credit card details. Check in between 1pm and 10pm, check out is 10am
No pets allowed.

Children of any age are allowed at an extra charge. Up to 1 years of age is free, otherwise $30 per child.

Payment on check in with a valid credit card at booking.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to check in free of charge. After this time the first nights accommodation will be charged.
Non refundable rates will not be refunded if guest cancels.
