- Upon check-in, a valid ID is required
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE RESORT.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
- Rooms are strictly good for two (2) adults and one (1) child under 12 years old. We allowed (1) Extra person in all beach front rooms with extra charged of PHP275 per night without extra bed and PHP550 per night with extra bed.
- All requests are subject to availability upon check in. Requests cannot be guaranteed and may have extra charges.
- We accept all major credits cards & cash for payments.
- The resort is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in all rooms.Safety vaults are in all rooms for valuables.
Payment Policy
- Full payment of the total accommodation cost is required if booked online .
- 50% of the total accommodation is required upon reservation as a deposit if booked direct to us .Payment may be done via Bank Transfers.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cut short of stay will be chargeable in full of the total accommodation cost on confirmation of the booking.
- Full deposit is non refundable on cancellation and no show.
